Public Pathway Review
Assess the public experience and identify which pathway or ownership questions require deeper work.
Church communications, made manageable
Start with a founder-led Public Pathway Review of your website and public communication pathways. You will receive practical recommendations for what to keep, connect, or change—without being pushed into a new platform.
What the Public Pathway Review includes
The $500 Review covers one primary church website and up to three additional agreed official public surfaces, then organizes the evidence into practical next decisions.
Clear boundary
The Public Pathway Review includes evidence-backed findings, prioritized keep/connect/change recommendations, one working session, and one consolidated factual-correction response. It does not include implementation, leadership interviews, private analytics or account access, a private-system inventory, a website rebuild, platform migration, advertising, or ongoing support. CCI's broader Ministry Communications Review and any additional work are proposed and approved separately.
A phased relationship
Assess the public experience and identify which pathway or ownership questions require deeper work.
Complete separately scoped work based on the priorities your church approves.
Define bounded monthly operational support with one accountable owner, if ongoing help is useful.
About the next stage: If public evidence points to a deeper people, workflow, or private-system question, CCI can separately scope its broader Ministry Communications Review. HostOS remains an internal system in active development. It is not required for either Review and is not offered here as public self-service software.
Choose the help you actually need
Different providers solve different problems. CCI is designed for churches that need clearer decisions and dependable ownership across the tools they already use.
CCI does not require a platform replacement. If implementation or ongoing support makes sense, that work is scoped separately.
Before you request
The written findings, evidence-backed recommendations, walkthrough, and factual-correction response are standalone deliverables—not a free implementation proposal. Your church may act internally, use its current provider, do nothing now, or separately explore additional work.
No. CCI is platform-neutral within the agreed public scope. The Review may recommend keeping your current tools, working with your existing provider, connecting paths more clearly, changing a specific part, or taking no immediate action.
A review of one primary church website plus up to three additional agreed official public surfaces, prioritized findings, keep/connect/change recommendations, one working session, and one consolidated factual-correction response. It does not include the broader leadership interviews, private system inventory, implementation, or ongoing service that CCI scopes separately.
No. The Review stands on its own. If ongoing help is a fit, CCI defines the responsibilities, request flow, boundaries, and price in writing before work begins.
No. CCI does not promise attendance, membership, giving, or growth outcomes. The work focuses on operational clarity, current information, defined ownership, and a more dependable update process.
A practical $15 starting point
Communication That Serves the Body gives your team a complete, reusable process for improving one real public pathway at a time. Run the first 45-minute meeting, name the owner, make the smallest responsible correction, and schedule the re-test—without buying another platform or service.
The $15 usefulness test: finish the first meeting with one observed friction point, one accountable owner, one Keep / Connect / Change decision or correction, and one dated re-test. Then reuse the process internally for Sunday information, events, groups, volunteering, giving, sermons, and contact routes.
The guide is self-guided and does not require the $500 Review, monthly service, a platform migration, or HostOS. It does not promise attendance, giving, engagement, savings, or growth.
